EmPower Consumers is committed to leveraging the various conservation programs deployed at the grassroots levels by consumer based organizations, energy companies, electric utility companies and federal, state & local governmental entities. EmPower provides consumer education that informs consumers on current and emerging electric energy trends, policies and practices on national, local and global levels.
EmPower Consumers encourages and initiates, two-way "inclusive" communications and outreach initiatives, forums and focus group activities that serve as platforms from which consumers communicate their perspectives and preferences to electricity providers.
EmPower Consumers facilitates outreach initiatives, forums and hearings to serve as platforms from which consumers communicate their concerns and perspectives to public policy makers regarding the many tough choices and trade-offs as they attempt to balance a broad array of issues.
